Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta Investment Sales Team Brokers The Sale Of A Nine-Building, 2.4-MSF Class A Industrial Portfolio In Atlanta

Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group announced that its Atlanta-based Capital Markets team has represented Clarion Partners in the sale of a portfolio of nine bulk industrial properties totaling 2.4 million square feet located in Atlanta. 

Members of the Cushman & Wakefield team that marketed the property included Executive Director Stewart Calhoun; Executive Director David Meline; Director Samir Idris; and Senior Associate Casey Masters. 

The buyer was Exeter Property Group, a privately-held real estate investment firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.  The purchase price was undisclosed. The sale closed on September 6, 2013.

The portfolio consisted of nine high-quality, bulk industrial properties well-positioned in two of Atlanta’s most established industrial submarkets – Airport/South Atlanta and I-20 West.  The portfolio was 100% leased to major credit tenants, including Electrolux, Iron Mountain, Aaron’s, and TOTO Americas.
