Dixon Hughes Goodman Appoints Charles Howell as Manager
The Atlanta office of Dixon Hughes Goodman welcomes Charles Howell as a Manager in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. Charles will assist the Firm in navigating transactions for corporate buyers and private equity groups, with a focus on middle-market transactions in Atlanta.

With close to eight years of professional experience in both public accounting and industry, Charles was most recently Chief of Staff for the CEO of a healthcare company in Atlanta, Georgia prior to joining Dixon Hughes Goodman. In this role, Charles served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and led various strategic projects and initiatives for the organization. He was also responsible for coordinating various planning and reporting activities with the company’s foreign-owned parent.
Charles’ background also includes experience in the M&A tax group of a Big Four firm in Atlanta. He has dedicated much of his career in public accounting to conducting buy-side due diligence for clients in a variety of industries with deal sizes ranging from five million to more than four billion.
