HD Supply’s Ronald Domanico Receives CFO of the Year Award
The CFO Roundtable recognizes HD Supply’s CFO at year-end dinner held at the St. Regis Atlanta.
More than 200 CFOs and senior executives were on hand recently at the St. Regis Atlanta for the annual CFO Roundtable Dinner featuring keynote speaker Frank Calderoni, Senior Vice President and CFO of Cisco Systems. Calderoni spoke on the program’s theme of setting new standards in leadership and highlighted the impact finance has had on Cisco’s recent success.
The evening was concluded with the annual CFO of the Year award presented to Ronald Domanico, Senior Vice President and CFO of HD Supply. The CFO Roundtable, founded by Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 in partnership with the University of Georgia, presents the annual award to a CFO who demonstrates outstanding leadership and delivers sustainable results while giving back to the local community.
As CFO of Atlanta-based HD Supply, one of the largest industrial distribution companies in North America, Domanico provides more than 30 years of financial and management expertise. He also has held senior finance positions at Caraustar Industries, AHL Services and Kraft Foods.
John Stegeman, CEO of White Cap, presented the award to Domanico after an introduction from Kurt Kuehn, CFO of UPS.

As an active member of the CFO Roundtable, Domanico has helped the organization expand its services and meet the needs of membership. He serves on the board of several industry organizations, including the Georgia Council on Economic Education and Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.
