Filling a newly created position, Parmenter Realty Partners has added an asset manager in its regional headquarters in Atlanta.

Tilman Raybon most recently was with Prudential Mortgage Capital Co., where he focused on strategies for its distressed debt and REO portfolio. In his new job, Raybon will manage a portion of Parmenter's assets in the Southeast, including Nashville City Center and 1000 Parkwood. The Florida-based company owns and manages more than 1.7 million square feet of class A office properties in Greater Atlanta.
