Xaviant Signs at The Avenue Forsyth
Xaviant, a gaming and software company based in Atlanta, has taken 10,000 SF at The Avenue Forsyth.
Sean Moynihan, Director at Newmark Knight Frank, represented Xaviant in this transaction. Austin Chase at LaVista represented the building owner.
"Xaviant has entered a critical phase in its development. In moving from pre-production to production on our first title, our company has grown significantly in size requiring us to find a new space capable of supporting our unique collaborative nature. After Sean illustrated to us how we could minimize our occupancy costs without compromising our fundamental business requirements, I felt comfortable delegating those responsibilities to him. Sean and his team have been a tremendous partner to our organization," stated George Chapman, Xaviant's Chief Operating Officer.
"My job is to understand Xaviant's business and ensure the real estate component fits their overall business plan. I am here to allow them to concentrate on their core business," said Moynihan.
