Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon Renews Office Space at 3379 Peachtree Road
Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon, LLP has signed a 7,761-square-foot lease to renew its headquarters at 3379 Peachtree Road in downtown Atlanta. The law firm will continue to occupy the fourth floor of the Peachtree Lenox building, a nine-story, 125,068-square-foot office building located in Buckhead, adjacent to Westin Hotel and Lenox Mall.
Studley Executive Vice President and Branch Manager Andrew Lechter represented the law firm in the transaction. Chip Roach of PM Realty Group represented the owner.
"In addition to securing a favorable rental rate, Studley helped us negotiate a 1,200-square-foot expansion option, which we expect to exercise by late 2010 in order to meet the needs of our growing client base here in Atlanta," said Marty Martenson.
