Mike Kinsey and Carlos Sanchez Join Active Lifestyle Communities
Mike Kinsey and Carlos Sanchez have joined Active Lifestyle Communities (ALC) as New Home Consultants for Soleil Laurel Canyon, a 330-acre, resort-style, active adult community in Canton, Ga.
Kinsey brings more than thirty years experience in finance, real estate and insurance to Soleil Laurel Canyon. Formerly a SunTrust executive, Kinsey earned a spot in the Million Dollar Club with Keller Williams within four months of active selling and came away with the "2005 Rookie of the Year" award.
Carlos Sanchez began his career in real estate selling ads for BuyOwner of Atlanta. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2002 and an onsite sales representative for some of the largest names in real estate including KB Home Builders and Levitt and Sons. His experience includes new home and active adult communities.
Active Lifestyle Communities (ALC) is a new partnership between Southeast Capital Partners and Patrick Malloy Communities. The company purchased Soleil Laurel Canyon in an all-cash transaction with the anticipation of investing a total of over $28 million to complete the development. Community amenities include a 28,000 square foot clubhouse with a heated indoor saline pool, a billiards parlor, a gourmet teaching kitchen, a fitness center and aerobics studio, a library, two card rooms and an arts and crafts studio. Soleil Laurel Canyon residents also enjoy a performing arts center, outdoor amphitheatre, outdoor lagoon-style pool, six clay tennis courts, walking trails, a greenhouse and a neighboring golf course, Fairways of Canton.
