Fisher & Phillips Partner Tracy Moon Elected to Board of Trustees for Lanier Technical College Foundation
Labor and Employment Attorney Brings Extensive Board Experience
ATLANTA - Fisher & Phillips LLP Partner Tracy Moon has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Lanier Technical College Foundation.
A lifelong resident of Forsyth County, Moon has extensive board experience. He serves on the board of the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce and is its Chair-elect, and has been awarded The Chairman's Award for his substantial contributions. Moon also serves on the board of The Place of Forsyth County and is the past President of the Rotary Club of South Forsyth. He was recognized in the Forsyth County News as one of the "Outstanding Men of Forsyth."
As a partner with Fisher & Phillips, Moon represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His experience includes representation of employers before state and federal trial and appellate courts in a wide array of workplace-related matters. Moon also represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board and other government agencies, including the EEOC and OSHA. He counsels and trains employers on labor and employment law, including conducting on-site compliance inspections and in-house management training programs. He is a frequent speaker at various employment and labor law programs.
Moon graduated from Georgia State University College of Law, cum laude, in 1993. He earned his MBA from Georgia State in 1986. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia.
