Jones Day Advises on $1.3 Billion International Deal

ATLANTA, GA (October 21, 2009) - A team of lawyers from Jones Day is advising MPS Group, Inc. (NYSE:MPS), a leading provider of specialty staffing, consulting and business solutions, on its approximately $1.3 billion acquisition by Zurich, Switzerland-based Adecco Group (SIX: ADEN-VX) (Euronext: ADE), a Fortune Global 500 Company and the world's leading provider of human resource solutions.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2010 and is subject to MPS Group shareholder approval, antitrust clearance and certain other regulatory approvals and closing conditions. The transaction is not subject to a financing contingency and will be financed with Adecco's current cash resources as well as existing financing capabilities.
