Krevolin & Horst, LLC Win Derivative Shareholder Lawsuit
Atlanta GA - Jeffrey Horst, partner with the law firm Krevolin & Horst, LLC, successfully defended the senior executive officers of a large Georgia financial institution in a shareholder derivative suit arising out of the foreclosure and sale of a chicken farm. Mr. Horst was hired two months before the trial. The plaintiff was Tom Oliver, the Chairman of the Hall County Board of Commissioners.
A Hall County Superior Court jury of six men and six women deliberated for about three hours before finding for the defendants in the 7 day civil trial.
