DOUGLASVILLE -- Thornton Holding Co. Inc. has raised $2 million of a $20 million equity offering, according to a Reg D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Principals named in the filing for the privately held, Douglasville-based commercial banker are director and Treasurer Billy Mayhew; John Thornton and Mary Belyeu, both executive officers and directors; and director William Thornton.
