Kris Spain Joins F&D as Audit Partner

October 26, 2009 (Atlanta, GA) After 35 years with a Big 4 Accounting Firm serving clients in the middle market, Kris Spain, CPA, joined Frazier & Deeter in the third quarter of 2009 as an Audit Partner. Spain focuses on middle market companies in the retail, restaurant, distribution, manufacturing and services sectors. Within these industries, she has served a broad range of public and privately-held companies.

As a partner in Frazier & Deeter's Assurance Services Department, Kris provides audit and accounting consultation services to clients. She has extensive experience in complex accounting and reporting matters, as well as strategic transactions. She uses her experience to help her clients anticipate accounting and reporting issues, reach sound and practical conclusions and meet accounting and reporting requirements. She also applies her experience to help her clients reduce risks and achieve their objectives.

Throughout her career, Kris has also been a leader in initiatives to develop and promote women in public accounting.
