UGL Equis Finalizes Atlanta Lease Agreement for Heidrick & Struggles

UGL Equis has restructured and renewed three leased office locations for Heidrick & Struggles, including one in Atlanta.

Lease negotiations were led by Christopher Wood, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Chicago office, along with Senior Vice President Scott Goldman, Vice President Dan Fisk, and Senior Associate Adam McCostlin. Brian D. Hogg, Executive Vice President of Portman Management Company represented the Sun Trust Plaza ownership group.

In Atlanta, Heidrick & Struggles renewed 13,452 square-feet of space at 303 Peachtree Street in the SunTrust Plaza, the second tallest building in the city. Heidrick & Struggles shed surplus space, achieved a reduced rental rate, and received landlord funded tenant improvement dollars to upgrade the office.
