ATLANTA -- Capitol City Bancshares Inc. (Pink OTC: CPTY) has raised $607,800 through an equity offering, according to a Reg D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
CEO George Andrews and 14 other directors are named as principals in the filing.
Atlanta-based Capitol City Bancshares is the holding company for Capitol City Bank and Trust Co., founded in 1994, which provides commercial banking services through eight branches.
