Movius Appoints Neil McGowan as SVP, Global Sales

ATLANTA, Nov. 3 -- Movius Interactive Corporation, a global leader in messaging, collaboration and mobile media solutions, has appointed Neil McGowan as its new Senior Vice President for Global Sales.

McGowan is a seasoned telecommunications and technology business leader. During his career he has held senior management positions at established premier companies including VeriSign, Openwave, Silicon Graphics and Tandem Computer and has served as an entrepreneurial leader at a number of Silicon Valley start-ups.

Among his achievements, as Senior Vice President of International Sales at VeriSign Inc, McGowan lead the sales growth of the communications, commerce and contents products and services business in the CALA, APAC and EMEA regions. Prior to that, as Vice President and General Manager at Openwave, McGowan revamped the sales and customer for the Americas organization to create successful consecutive quarterly growth.
