Clorox, Qwest Lease Nearly 75,000 SF at Brookside Office Park

Duke Realty Corporation (Duke) has leased 74,435 square feet of office space in separate transactions with Clorox and Qwest at Brookside Office Park in
Atlanta's North Fulton submarket.

Clorox renewed and expanded for 54,238 square feet at Brookside II, adding 15,022 square feet to its original lease. The transaction brings the 133,442-square-foot Class-A office building near Georgia 400 and Old Milton Parkway to approximately 96 percent leased.

Brad Metzger with CRESA Partners' Chicago office and Tom Tindall in CRESA's Atlanta office represented the tenant, while Wes Hardy, senior leasing
representative at Duke, represented ownership.

At Brookside I, Qwest Communications renewed for 20,197 square feet as Duke retained the property's biggest tenant at the 133,390-square-foot Class-A
building. Harrison Morris of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant, while Hardy represented ownership.

"The long-term commitments that both companies made to Brookside validate the park and the stability of Duke's ownership structure," said Chris Brown, senior
vice president of Duke Realty.
