Erin E. Reeves Joins Baker Donelson

(Atlanta, GA/November 4, 2009)  Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, announces the addition of Erin E. Reeves to its Atlanta office.

Ms. Reeves joins the Firm as an associate in the Securities/Corporate Governance Group, where she focuses her practice on securities transactions, including 1933 Act filings and 1934 Act reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters with a specific emphasis on public non-traded REITs.  Ms. Reeves is a 2009 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law.
