Holly Rabits Joins Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors to Lead the Company's Florida Expansion
Leading residential real estate sales and marketing firm taps 25-year industry veteran due to her proven success with the company and deep Florida experience
ATLANTA -- January 15, 2010 - Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors appointed Lisa "Holly" Rabits to serve as the vice president of business development in Florida. In this role, Rabits will lead new business efforts in the state, targeting new construction residential properties (including single-family, multi-family developments, and bank-owned assets).
Rabits is no stranger to the Coldwell Banker brand, as she served as Coldwell Banker The Condo Store's vice president of business development from 2004 to 2006, during which time she lead multi-family efforts resulting in more than $5 billion in new business. She was also Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Florida director from 2002 to 2003, where she was responsible for the overall profitability and success of the company's single- and multi-family Florida communities. In this role, she recruited more than $150 million in new business.

Rabits' 25-year career also includes the conception of DeLand's RE/MAX Leading Edge Realty office, which secured $18 million in annual sales production, and the role of vice president of Arvida Realty Services Builder Services Division, where she took the company from a deficit to more than $40 million in sales during her two-year tenure. Rabits is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and West Volusia Association of Realtors, and is also a volunteer with the Children's Miracle Network.
This appointment comes on the heels of Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors' recent announcement of its expanded service offerings and footprint (to cover Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington, D.C.) due to client demand.
