Atheria Law was formed by attorneys and staff from global law firm Clyde & Co. “The partners are passionate about our clients and our industry," said Terplan. "We have been working together for years and share core values we are committed to advancing at Atheria Law, including the use of new technology and tools to provide industry leading advice while simultaneously advancing diversity and inclusion, mentoring, and professional development."

“We are thrilled to embark upon this new enterprise with the founding of Atheria Law, which offers exciting opportunities to be more flexible and adaptable in the delivery of our legal services while partnering with our clients to meet and exceed their business objectives," said Casey, who has focused exclusively on the insurance industry for more than 30 years. "Atheria Law is an evolution, rather than an entirely new beginning, that will enable us to be innovative and forward thinking in the delivery of top quality legal services to our clients.”
