SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) is pleased to announce Ju-C Bar is opening a second location in Atlanta. Their first location is on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs. Slated to open in late fall 2020, the new outpost will be located inside Krog Street Market, a 30,000-square-foot food hall and market destination tucked in the Inman Park neighborhood, right off the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail.
“I realized there were not as many healthy restaurant options around Atlanta so to avoid eating something unhealthy or full of sugar, I decided to come up with my own recipes,” said owner, Mo Martin. “What makes us different? We make everything fresh as you order with no added preservatives or sugar, and we do not add any ice to our smoothies. We are excited and thrilled to be a part of Krog Street Market and we can’t wait to feed you!”
Ju-C Bar is a family owned healthy restaurant offering a variety of delicious made to order fresh juices, smoothies, organic açai bowls, superfood bowls, salads, wraps, and small bites. Everything is made with the freshest ingredients with a majority of the ingredients being organic and handmade. The owners believe healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring or bland. They have created a menu featuring an array of flavorful, healthy eats, and vegan friendly options that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Krog Street Market and Atlanta Stove Works, in Atlanta's Inman Park neighborhood, are home to an award-winning food hall, shopping and dining destinations, and creative office suites. Both are adjacent to the most recent extension of the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail, an important catalyst for development and a preferred location for intown retail, restaurant, and office tenants. Tenants include well-known food and beverage outlets such as Superica, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, the James Beard Award nominated Ticonderoga Club, Fred’s Meat & Bread, Watchman’s Seafood and Spirits, and The Little Tart Bake Shop along with retail and office tenants including The Merchant, Iris, and The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, among others.
